The products sold on this site are prints presented as real artworks. Each work is conceived as a picture with a precise material presence. You will purchase a physical object to hang, not a digital file.

No, unless it is expressly specified on the item.
Is every print identical to the others?
The images are the same, but each print results from a carefully controlled and curated process. Small variations linked to materials and crafting make each piece slightly different, while maintaining the same exact visual identity.

You will find the exact dimensions on the product page. We highly advise measuring your available wall space and considering a viewing distance of at least 2 meters for the larger artwork formats.
Is the artwork suitable for bright rooms?
Yes, but we strongly recommend avoiding direct exposure to sunlight to preserve its high quality over time.

Formats, supports and presentation
Are the prints ready to hang?
Rigid supports have one or two hooks already installed on the back to hang the pictures on the wall. The flexible medium, however, has no hooks, as it is designed to give you the freedom to frame it according to your specific needs.
Do the artworks come with frames?
All artworks are frameless and printed right to the edges of the support, whether flexible or rigid. You can easily find all the detailed technical information on the product pages.
Do the artworks come rolled or flat?
The artwork arrives rolled if you choose the flexible support, in all other cases, the piece will arrive flat.
Production
Are the artworks printed on demand?
Yes. The artworks are printed on demand at the time of the order to ensure print freshness and the absolute highest quality of the final result.
How long does it take to produce the artwork?
Generally, printing takes a few business days before shipping. The estimated times are clearly indicated at the moment of purchase.
Rights, usage and digital files
Can the purchased images be reproduced or used commercially?
No. The purchase of the artwork does not include reproduction or commercial usage rights for the image, which strictly remain the author’s property.

Will I receive a digital file of the image?
No. The purchase exclusively concerns the printed artwork.
Colors accuracy
Are colors and contrasts identical to what I see on screen?
Small differences may depend entirely on your monitor settings. The prints are carefully created following professional color calibration standards.
Care and preservation
How do I take care of the artwork over time?
We advise avoiding direct exposure to sunlight and excessively humid environments. You will find specific preservation instructions in a document inside the package containing your artwork.
Is the artwork fragile?
The artworks are durable, but we always recommend handling them with care (cotton gloves will be provided inside the package to help you safely handle the artwork).
Can I directly touch the surface of the print?
It is best to completely avoid direct contact with the printed surface. We recommend handling the artwork always wearing the gloves provided inside the package.
Does it require any special maintenance?
No, simply avoiding humidity and direct sunlight is enough. For cleaning, use only a soft dry cloth or an electrostatic duster to gently remove any dust from the print’s surface.
Gifts, pickup, and support
Can I purchase an artwork as a gift?
Yes. Luce Nera artworks are also designed as meaningful gifts. It is possible to request shipping directly to a different address.
Is it possible to pick up the artwork in person?
Currently, sales take place primarily online. Any in-person pickups can be carefully evaluated upon specific request.
Can I receive support after the purchase?
Yes. We remain fully available even after delivery for any doubt or specific need related to the artwork.

Can I see the artwork in person before buying?
At the moment, Luce Nera is primarily an online project. In case of exhibitions or live events, we will announce it through the website and our social channels.

How can I pay?
We accept payments using PayPal circuit. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can still proceed to checkout using your credit or debit card. If you prefer to pay via bank transfer or other alternative methods, contact us directly to arrange the best solution.
Will I receive a receipt or invoice?
Yes, you will receive a purchase receipt via email. If you need a formal invoice or have specific needs, you can easily contact us.
Can I purchase multiple artworks in a single order?
Yes, you can absolutely buy multiple pieces at once.
Returns, changes and issues
Can I return an artwork if I change my mind?
Yes, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of product delivery, without needing to provide any reason. The right of withdrawal is valid only if the artwork is returned in the exact same condition as received, intact and undamaged.
What should I do if I receive a damaged artwork?
Upon delivery, we kindly ask you to sign with reservation, check the package, and if damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos of the damage and packaging. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I easily cancel or modify an order?
Yes, as long as the printing process hasn’t started yet. Contact us as soon as possible after buying.
Shipping and delivery
How are the artworks shipped?
The artworks are packed with professional care to guarantee their integrity during transport. Every single shipment is fully tracked.
Do you also ship internationally?
Yes, we carry out international shipping. If you purchase within the European Union, delivery costs and times vary by destination and are indicated at the time of purchase. If you purchase from non-EU countries, a personalized quote will be prepared with shipping costs, customs clearance, and any import duties that vary from country to country.
Does the package have explicit references to content?
No. The packaging is discreet and does not show images or descriptions of the artwork.
Will I receive a confirmation when the artwork is shipped?
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as the artwork is given to the courier.
