These Terms and Conditions govern the offer, submission, and acceptance of purchase orders for products on this website.
The products offered for sale are artistic prints, original artworks, graphic works, and decorative objects (hereinafter, the “Products”).
The offer is addressed both to Consumers (natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity) and to Professionals (VAT-registered customers).
Product Features and Limitations
The images and descriptions on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although the Seller takes every reasonable measure to ensure that the photographs accurately represent the original products, variations may occur due to monitor settings or the inherent characteristics of the printing process.
Handcrafted Nature: Minor imperfections, slight color variations, or small differences in dimensions (within a few millimeters) are to be considered intrinsic characteristics of the artistic/handcrafted process and do not constitute defects of conformity.
Materials and Supports: Prints may be produced on panels or other supports as specified in the product description. Prints may be numbered and/or signed, where indicated. Prints are produced to order.
Mounting and Safety Warnings: Once the artwork has been delivered, correct wall mounting is entirely the responsibility of the Customer. The Seller shall not be liable for any falls of the artwork or for damage caused to the surrounding environment, third parties, or the artwork itself due to improper installation. Customers are advised to always check the suitability of the mounting systems in relation to the specific weight of the product and the type of wall.
Prices and Availability
All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and, unless otherwise stated, include VAT (where applicable according to the Seller’s tax regime).
Customs Duties: For shipments to non-EU countries, any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer and cannot be calculated in advance by the Seller.
Price Changes: The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced based on the prices displayed at the time the order is placed.
Purchase Process and Contract Conclusion
An order is considered binding once the checkout process has been completed and payment has been confirmed.
The contract between the Seller and the Customer is deemed concluded upon acceptance of the order by the Seller, who will send an order confirmation email containing the order summary.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of pricing errors, sudden product unavailability, or suspected fraud.
Payment Methods
Payments are processed through secure platforms. The Customer guarantees that they are the holder of the payment method used.
Accepted payment methods include those displayed in the website footer or during checkout (e.g. credit/debit cards, PayPal).
Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content on the Website (images, logos, texts, graphic works) and the physical Products sold are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
No Transfer of Rights: The purchase of an artwork or print transfers only ownership of the physical object. It does not transfer any rights of economic exploitation, reproduction, copying, or alteration of the image, which remain the exclusive property of the Author/Artist.
It is strictly forbidden to scan, copy, or use the image of the artwork for commercial purposes without written authorization.
For any disputes arising from these Terms, if the Customer is a Consumer, jurisdiction lies with the court of the Consumer’s place of residence. In all other cases, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the court where the Seller is based.
Privacy
Personal data are processed in compliance with applicable regulations (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR). For further information, please consult the Website’s Privacy Policy.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective from the moment they are published on the Website.
Shipping Terms
Shipping Information
This section covers logistics, handling times, and delivery.
Processing and Production Times
As all products are made to order (“Print on Demand”) to ensure the highest quality, it is necessary to distinguish between:
Production time: The time required to print, perform quality checks, sign (if applicable), and package the order. This generally takes 5 to 10 business days.
Shipping time: The time taken by the courier to deliver the package once it has left our studio.
Shipping Methods
Shipments are made via tracked express courier. Once the order has been shipped, the Customer will receive an email containing the tracking number.
Packaging
We take great care in packaging to ensure the integrity of the artworks.
Prints on flexible media are shipped rolled in rigid protective tubes.
Prints on rigid supports are shipped in reinforced boxes.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
Italy: 2 business days from shipment
Europe: 3–5 business days from shipment
Rest of the World: 10–20 business days (excluding possible customs delays)
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by strikes, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other events beyond their control.
Damage During Transport
Although rare, packages may be damaged during transport.
Important: If the package appears visibly damaged, crushed, or wet upon delivery, the Customer must accept it “with reservation” and specify the reason to the courier, or refuse delivery. Without this notation, it may not be possible to activate the courier’s insurance and proceed with a refund or replacement.
